Jonathan Angelilli aka Johnny Fitness has worked as a full time trainer for over 9 years, completed 10 certifications, trains several celebrities including Jillian Michaels from the tv show "The Biggest Loser".  He  has directly coached, managed, and mentored over 100 personal trainers in the last 5 years alone.

My Story


I have been in the personal training industry for over nine years and have already experienced more success than I could have ever dreamed of, without possessing a degree in exercise. I set the bar high for myself and my clients; my goal is to transform each client's life through fitness while making 'good money'. Anything short of that I consider failure (not that failure is bad, it just needs to be accounted for and learned from).


I have created a Business System and Software that allows me to;

  • charge over $150/hour for my time.

  • ONLY work with clients who are awesome, work hard, and follow my leadership.

  • Work from 1pm to 5pm when no one is at the gym.

  • Travel 5-6 weeks out of the year, and take off Thursdays and Fridays for long weekends every month (snowboarding & rock climbing trips!!!).

  • And I DON"T REALLY CARE FOR BOOTCAMPS!  I know, crazy right.  Many people in our industry love them, and hey, that is cool with me, but it's just not really my style.


How good is this Personal Training System and Software?


Quite simple; the system is AWESOME and it works like a charm.  It has given me the opportunity to:




  • Make around 6 figures every year starting at age 22.

  • In 2008, make 6 figures just from training alone; working 24 hours a week. (19.7 hours training/week and 4.3 hours scheduling/managing clients, to be exact).

  • Buy my own apartment in Soho at age 23; all from money  saved from personal training.

  • Choose the clients I want that are strong minded and relentless.

  • Expand my client network and provide.


And yes, my clients get phenomenal results that exceed their expectations . I transform their lives with exercise.

My goals with every trainer is to transform their business and help them consistently exceed their own expectations about what they are capable of doing in this industry. I believe that the trainer/client relationship is unique for a multitude of reasons, and provides a special platform for transforming the clients’ life. I help personal trainers integrate this central tenet into their business, and with this foundation help them build the  lifestyle and career of their dreams.

My Personal Mission-  And Why Personal Training is THE Career of the 21st Century


Together, we will expand our industries ability to influence and help more people get in great shape and avoid chronic disease. One day in the not so distant future, personal trainers will be considered healers and health professionals with a role of greater importance to society than doctors.  (They can only be really helpful when it comes to emergency care,  not chronic disease.  We can help people avoid getting sick in the first place!)  But first, more trainers that organize and expand their business so our profession can gain more influence and exposure!

• Volunteered time and skills to prepare 6 amazing individuals who were overcoming major obstacles to run their first half marathon (2009 NYC Half Marathon)


•2008  Empire State Building Race Up (86 flights in 15minutes & 33 seconds, finished in the top 30%).  Raised $2000 for charity that teaches kids how to exercise.


2010  Empire State Building Race Up (86 flights in 14minutes & 03 seconds, finished in the top 20%).
