Instant Inspiration for You and Your Clients

fitness-inspiration
We all have our bad days, when we beat ourselves up, engage in negative self-talk, and believe that we don’t measure up to some standard. Doing the best that you can is not always glamorous, but it’s always worth it. When I find it hard to keep pushing, to keep doing the best I can with what I have got, and start thinking negatively, I watch this video of Dustin Carter, he is Instant Inspiration.

I also periodically send it out to my clients that are getting down on themselves, not working hard, or complaining about what they have been given, instead of using what they have been given to their fullest potential like good old Dustin. It helps them keep things in perspective.

I encourage you to bookmark this video, share it with your clients, and meditate on what you have been given every day; if you do that, you will measure up to your own standard every time.

Until next time, keep your business fit and your clients inspired.

The only thing I can say is, “So what’s YOUR excuse?”

Dustin Carter, you ROCK!! That was the most amazing and motivating video that I’ve seen on utube. CFF, I thank you for doing such wonderful work and sharing the experience. I will forward this video to my cliets, family and friends as I continue to preach that their are no excuses. You have to use what you have to get what you want. Life is wonderful and precious, but it is fleeting. Seize the day and don’t waste one second, because you can never get it back. Things can always be worse, so bite the bullet and LIVE your BEST life. Always remember to extend a hand to someone else along the way and bring them along. Take good care of your body, your mind and your spirit; they are priceless gifts that deserve priority in your life. Share the good and positive life lessons that you learn with those who are receptive and encourage them to “play it forward.” “Today’s choices determine tomorrow’s reality. Choose fitness as a lifestyle.”

This kid really has a great head on his shoulders and it really puts life into perspective. Such an inspiration and certainly something to watch on days when you don’t feel like training!

    Hi Jon,

This video is so inspiring. He is one strong kid to keep on trucking with what he has. If you think you can’t do something just look at Dustin Carter because he can do whatever he puts his mind to.
