I am not a fitnes professional and I enjoyed your article. I have worked out w/ several trainers over the years. Some run their services like a business and others don’t. Personally, I don’t care either way, however, these sound ike great tips to improve interaction and capitalize on reaching and buildin a clientele!

I wouldn’t pay for someone to design a card, too expensive and you can do it on your own on a site like this: http://us.moo.com/en/products/ Just upload the graphics you want to you, so if you want to match your website, upload whatever graphics from your site you want on the card. Great post also get my business cards from vistaprint, postcards are also good way to promote new classes and services.
Totally agree with having your picture its gives a more personal approach and feeling like any new clients or potential clients already know you making the step to sign up less daunting for them.
