Hey there, hope you are doing great!
I've been having an amazing summer, I really value my free time, I use it to pursue my passions, push my physical limitations in the outdoors, travel and spend time with friends & family.
The "Reason Why"
This is my reason why, what makes all the hard work in my personal training business worth it! In addition to the satisfaction of helping people achieve their goals & transform their lives, having a solid personal training business can give you the freedom to explore the best that life has to offer. And I am so grateful for it! What is your "Reason Why"? Doesn't have to be an extreme sport, of course, could just mean spending more time with your family or not having to stress out about where your next paycheck is coming from.
Climbing Video
Here I am, climbing in the French Alps, perhaps the most beautiful place I have ever been to. One of the reason's I love climbing is that it is so MENTAL, you have to be able to focus, use your whole body in a very technical way, balance, stretching, contracting, exploding, all to get to the top. It's more like golf than like doing pullups, that's how technical it is. We could say the same thing about being a successful trainer; it's not just about being able to deliver results (power), it's also about using your power skillfully & making sure others know you can deliver the goods, which takes a high level of mental confidence. And of course, climbing forces you to confront your fears, head on. This is a powerful thing to do, both in life & in business.

How Is Your Summer Going?
Let us know in the comments, I hope you are enjoying it! The last 2 weeks in August tends to be a slower time, with a lot of clients & bootcamper's on vacation, so it's a great time to take a step back, travel a little, and get some perspective on your business, so that you are well rested when it is time to rock & roll in September. Until next time, keep your business fit! Johnny Fitness
